- Lucrative Earning Potential: Highly competitive base hourly rate reflecting your experience level, with time and a half overtime paid after 44 hours.

The Role

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues on manufacturing equipment with a heavy focus on electrical systems.
- PLC Diagnostics: Utilize PLCs to effectively troubleshoot and isolate equipment faults.
- Customer Experience: Act as a calm, solutions oriented communicator capable of diffusing stressful situations and solving customer problems on the spot.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for doers who take pride in US built machinery and possess a strong technical aptitude.
- Experience Level: Open to a wide range of experience. Whether you are a greener candidate with foundational knowledge or a highly experienced Senior Field Service Technician, we want to speak with you.
- Industry Background: Manufacturing equipment experience is required. Food processing or packaging experience is a plus, but experience with any heavy manufacturing equipment is welcome.
- Technical Strengths: Must be exceptionally strong on the electrical side, with the ability to troubleshoot using PLCs.
- Valued Bonus Skills: Ability to read schematics and AutoCAD. Candidates with Tool and Die experience or existing trade skill certifications will stand out.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, adaptable, level headed, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
