Your workweek at Gold-Eagle Cooperative unfolds from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, providing stability with occasional extended hours, including weekends during peak seasons.
Begin your day as a vital part of the operational ballet, managing grain receiving, storage, handling, and loading. Your hands-on approach ensures the cleanliness and efficiency of our state-of-the-art facilities. During the busy season, you seamlessly transition to supporting the agronomy team, embodying a blend of independence and teamwork.

- Physical ability for prolonged periods of standing as well as working in confined spaces, elevated heights, and varied weather conditions
- Strength to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
