This position will report to the Branch Manager - Sedgewick Food/Home & Farm.
This is a Temporary FT-time position based on 32-40 hrs/week, the successful candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. This position will end August 31, 2026

Whatyou'lldo:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following (and other duties as required):
- Providing customers with excellent, efficient, courteous service
- Provide a neat, clean, fresh and well merchandised department
- All duties associated with inventory stocking and taking inventory counts
- Compliance with government standards and regulations that apply to the Home & Farm store
- Complete up-to-date in-house training and certifications via e-learning courses
- Alert for the unauthorized removal of merchandise and equipment
- Ensure the quality and condition of all merchandise meets the store's standards.
- Follow all cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Compliance with all Safety policies and procedures and look out for the safety of others
- Adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures
