Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planting, maintenance, and care of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and ornamental beds
- Watering, fertilizing, pruning, and deadheading plant material
- Mulching, weeding, and maintaining clean, well-defined landscape beds
- Supporting seasonal color rotations and landscape enhancements
- Assisting with irrigation tasks and monitoring plant health
- Maintaining a high standard of detail and presentation throughout club grounds
Qualifications
- Interest or background in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
