Glebe Farm School is a newly established, purpose-builtall-through school located in the thriving community of Glebe Farm. Once fullyoperational, the school will accommodate up to 1,569 pupils. As part of theInspiring Futures through Learning Multi-Academy Trust, we are committed todelivering an outstanding 21st-century curriculum to all our pupils.
We are looking for a highly organised and professional HRAdministrator to support the delivery of an efficient and compliant HR servicewithin our school.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment administration, includingadvertising vacancies, interview coordination, pre-employment checks, andcontract issuance.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probationprocesses for new employees.
• Maintain confidential HR records and the SingleCentral Record (SCR), ensuring safeguarding compliance.
• Monitor absence data, support payroll changes,and respond to HR enquiries professionally and confidentially
