Position Summary:

The Liner Labor team member is responsible for placing liners in boxes, trays, or containers used during poultry production and packaging operations. This position helps ensure products are packed according to quality, food safety, and customer specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties are performed in compliance with Tyson Foods policies, USDA regulations, and all food safety standards. The role is similar to other production labor positions that support packaging and line operations.
Essential Functions:
  • Place plastic liners into boxes, totes, and containers used on the production line.
  • Ensure liners are properly positioned and free from defects.
  • Supply lined boxes to production and packaging team members.
  • Inspect packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
  • Assist with product packing, stacking, labeling, and other production tasks as needed.
  • Remove damaged packaging materials and notify supervision of any issues.
  • Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Perform sanitation and housekeeping duties in assigned work areas.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
