What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated soil and water conservation scenarios for scientific accuracy and practical soundness

  • Identify flawed assumptions, oversimplifications, or impractical recommendations in AI outputs
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to improve scientific rigor and readability
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in soil science, hydrology, conservation planning, or a closely related field
  • Strong working knowledge of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques
  • Skilled at critically evaluating applied environmental science reasoning
  • Comfortable reviewing and providing feedback on technical written content
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

  • Graduate degree in Soil Science, Hydrology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with field assessments or conservation planning tools
  • Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
