About the Role
Lead practical land management across council-managed wetlands, plantations and farming land. A hands-on leadership role with real scope across restoration, biodiversity and productive land use.

Duties
  • Supervise wetland, plantation and farming operations
  • Lead revegetation and biodiversity programs
  • Oversee plantation management and farming activities
  • Coordinate staff, contractors and resources
  • Improve land-use outcomes across multiple sites
Skills & Experience
  • Background in land management, or wetland ecology
  • Experience across farming or plantation operations
  • Supervision of field teams and contractors
  • Ability to work across varied land uses
  • Practical stakeholder and resource management skills
