- Supervise wetland, plantation and farming operations
- Lead revegetation and biodiversity programs
- Oversee plantation management and farming activities
- Coordinate staff, contractors and resources
- Improve land-use outcomes across multiple sites
- Background in land management, or wetland ecology
- Experience across farming or plantation operations
- Supervision of field teams and contractors
- Ability to work across varied land uses
- Practical stakeholder and resource management skills
