Job Duties:
Manage medication dispensing, monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and prevent shortage.

Maintain and support workflows, maintain organized work areas, and daily warehouse processes to support patient safety and smooth operations.

Collaborate with veterinarians and unit staff regarding medication needs and resolve client concerns to support positive supply outcomes.

Handle ordering, shipments of medication and supplies, and recordkeeping.

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, including controlled substances management and pharmacy law compliance.

You have knowledge of veterinary terminology, inventory management of medications and supplies and record keeping.

You have the ability to multitask and coordinate with veterinary staff, supply partners, and customers aligning with broader veterinary practice management expectations.

You are an organized, accuracyfocused individual who understands the handling, storage, and distribution of veterinary medications and supplies.

You have demonstrated reliability, problemsolving skills, and a commitment to supporting animal health through precise and efficient pharmacy or warehouse operations in past roles.
