- Verifying processes and products comply with federal, state, and company specifications
- Maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by:
- Hiring, training, and mentoring associates
- Assigning duties and responsibilities
- Providing recognition and feedback
- Promoting a culture of belonging in the workplace
- Leads continuous improvement efforts by:
- Collaborating with management (e.g., FSQA Manager) to streamline operations
- Maintaining departmental efficiency
- Anticipating and resolving issues before they impact compliance, product quality, or availability
- Distributing work assignments to ensure timely completion and release of raw materials, bulk, and third-party products
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by:
- Implementing related action plans

- Providing direction and guidance in executing business processes and practices
- Manages the business plan for the area of responsibility by:

- Supporting HACCP programs
- Troubleshooting quality issues and assisting with regulatory compliance

- Manages laboratory inventory levels to ensure proper function by:
