We are hiring a Warehouse General Manager for our storage and packing facility in Monte Vista, CO. You will lead all operations of a 100,000 sq ft facility, overseeing production, maintenance, inventory, labor, and operational performance. Reporting directly to ownership, you will be responsible for driving profitability, developing team leaders, and fostering a more collaborative, communication-focused culture.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who can balance operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced agricultural production environment. We are open to candidates without potato packing experience. Our ideal candidate brings food processing or food production experience.

What you will do...
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for warehouse, storage, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and 30+ warehouse personnel
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counts, reconciliations, product tracking, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment
  • Collaborate with production, field operations, sales, maintenance, transportation, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, operating expenses, and capital improvement projects.
  • Oversee warehouse equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance activities to decrease downtime


What You Will Bring...
  • Warehouse, manufacturing, or production operations experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong ability to manage teams and delegate effectively
  • Food industry experience is a plus.
