What you will do...
- Provide overall leadership and direction for warehouse, storage, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and 30+ warehouse personnel
- Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counts, reconciliations, product tracking, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment
- Collaborate with production, field operations, sales, maintenance, transportation, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, operating expenses, and capital improvement projects.
- Oversee warehouse equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance activities to decrease downtime
