GRO Drain Tile is hiring an Installation Crew Member to join our team in Oriska, ND (about 50 miles west of Fargo). In this role, you will work alongside our crew to install drain tile systems for both commercial and agricultural farm projects.

Based in Eastern North Dakota, we understand firsthand the challenges that waterlogged farm ground creates and the impact it has on crop yield, field performance, and overall agricultural productivity.

What You Will Do:
- Assist with the installation of drain tile systems for commercial and agricultural farm operations
- Operate and drive pickups and heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform digging, trenching, and field preparation work on farm land
- Adapt to a variety of responsibilities depending on daily project needs
Support the team in all other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with agricultural equipment, farming operations, or heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during busy install seasons

- Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast paced agricultural environment
