Purchasing Support Specialist-Greenhouse Production
Join Our Team as a Purchasing Support Specialist!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career in purchasing and inventory support? We're looking for a Purchasing Support Specialist to help support daily purchasing operations, manage inventory flow, and communicate with suppliers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (OT possible during peak seasons)

What You'll Do:
• Track incoming products and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Review and correct invoice, freight, return, and credit issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment needs.
• Create purchase orders and inventory transfers.
• Communicate with suppliers, shipping teams, and sales staff regarding orders and special requests.
• Support Buyers with purchasing and expediting activities.
• Maintain accurate pricing and purchasing records.
• Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
• Strong Excel and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related education preferred.
• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with Epicor Eagle Software is a plus.
