- Documenting and calculating resultsaccurately.
- Taking correctiveactionwhen necessary, such as alertingappropriate personnelto adjust processes,identifying, segregating, and isolating non-conforming products, and reporting results to management.
- Handlingadditionalassignmentsasrequested.

Working Conditions
- Environment:Normal forafoodmanufacturing setting.
- Physical Requirements:Involves lifting materials and products up to 70 pounds.
- Safety Equipment:Use of steel-toed work boots,hardhats, safety glasses, hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), and smocks isrequired.
- Restrictions:Cell phones and jewelry are notpermittedon the factory floor.
Education:High school diploma orGED.
Experience:Minimum of 1yearexperience in the food manufacturing industry OR related Quality Assurance type experience.
Communication Skills:Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills:
- Mustpossessskills to complete Tyson paperwork.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce.
- Good problem identification and problem-solving skills.
- Math and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications.
- Must function well under stress.
- Must haveflexibilityto work where and when needed.
- Position involves heavy lifting (50 lbs. or more).
- Ability to stand onhard surfacefor up to 12 hours per day
- Must work in cold/hot temperatures
- Must be able to work in wet environment
- Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping,pushingand pulling
- Must be able to reach high and low levels,frequently
- Ability to climb step ladders and or stairs
- Mustbe able to work overtime and weekends
- Position will require Lock Out Tag Out certification
- Mustresidein the United States to be considered.
