Location: Bristol
Salary: £12.88 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Farm Shop Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.
Elm Tree Farm is a vibrant and inclusive care farm dedicated to providing a supportive environment for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people, providing an opportunity for training, employment, and wellbeing outcomes.
The role will be to assist the Farm Shop Manager not only by supporting the co farmers who attend the farm, but also by helping to develop the project to continue to provide meaningful opportunities, whilst contributing to the success of a social enterprise.
The assistant manager will work with a small group to complete the tasks involved in the day to day running of the farm shop, with guidance from the Farm Shop Manager. They will contribute to the planning and running of activities which are appropriate and safe for the co farmers.

What we're looking for

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A commitment to inclusion and celebrating what makes each person unique
- Relevant life experience, volunteering or work experience
- Customer service experience
- Charity retail or Farm Shop experience
- Café or barista experience
- A full UK Driving license (desirable)
