Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing agricultural machinery, equipment and systems used in farming and agricultural production.
- Assessing engineering requirements for agricultural operations, including irrigation, soil management and crop production systems.
- Conducting research and applying engineering principles to improve efficiency, sustainability and productivity in agricultural environments.
- Monitoring and evaluating agricultural engineering projects to ensure performance, safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Preparing technical reports, drawings and specifications related to agricultural engineering solutions.
- Collaborating with farmers, agronomists and technical teams to implement effective engineering solutions in agricultural settings.
About you:
- At least one year of relevant work experience as an Agricultural Engineer or in a closely related engineering role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles applied to agriculture, irrigation systems and farm technologies.
- Ability to analyse agricultural processes and develop practical engineering solutions.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, environmental and quality standards.
