Team Leader - Greenhouse Operations

We have two vacancies for motivated hands-on Team Leaders to supervise crews of 5-15 people in our fast-paced perennial greenhouse operation. This role is for someone who likes to be in the action, not behind a desk-leading crews through a wide variety of projects as the seasons change.

- Plan daily work, keep projects moving, and jump in when needed
- Set the tone: safe, productive, positive, and efficient
- Adapt-no two weeks look the same here, and that's the fun part
What we're looking for
- Proven ability to lead people and direct physical work
- Comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work in all seasons
- Organized, dependable, and confident making decisions
- Greenhouse or agriculture experience is a plus-but not required
