We are currently seeking a Grain Elevator Operator to provide support to our warehouse and facility operations.Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Unloading and loading of grain trucks and railcars
- Safe operation and maintenance of equipment
- Support all facility and warehouse operations, as needed
- Previous experience in general labour
- AZ or DZ license is an asset
- Experience working in the grain or agriculture industry is considered an asset
- Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic computer operating skills (or ability to learn)
- Ability to engage in repetitive physically demanding tasks, including bending and kneeling
- Openness to learning new things
