Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored agronomic advice aligned with customers' production and business goals
- Conduct on-farm assessments and provide recommendations across fertiliser, pasture renovation, and fodder systems
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Stay current with agronomic trends, technologies, and product developments
- Play a key role in growing and strengthening the agronomy offering within the region
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in agronomy, ideally with dairy and pasture-based systems
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related discipline
- Strong technical capability combined with practical, on-farm decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine, relationship-driven approach
