Job Description

What you'll do:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Ag Procurement Manager, agronomy teams, sales staff, and operational leaders
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, agro and aerial teams
  • Act as a communication hub between suppliers, ag teams and aerial teams
  • Support onboarding and training of seasonal or administrative staff as needed
  • Support agronomy teams in executing customer crop input programs and service plans
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience
  • Monitor product availability and assist in aligning procurement decisions with market demand
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery tracking, validating sales, and inventory reconciliation
  • Schedule and manage aerial application services, ensuring optimal timing based on agronomic needs and weather
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, field data, and regulatory documentation
  • Support cost-effective procurement by monitoring pricing, contracts, and inventory levels
  • Ensure accurate billing for aerial services and product sales
  • This position requires (under constant assessment and revision): sitting (prolonged periods), standing, dexterity, bending and lifting, and carrying items up to 20 kg, walking (occasionally on uneven surfaces), and use of all senses.
