Livestock / Animal Production

The Assistant Beef Manager is a skilled professional who works under general supervision to support the operations of the Beef Unit, a vital resource for the department's research, teaching, and engagement missions.

In this role, you'll help coordinate research projects with faculty, staff, students, and investigators while supporting hands-on instruction in classes and laboratory activities. You'll also assist with outreach and engagement efforts, including conducting tours of the Beef Unit for a variety of audiences.
