Our Originators are accountable for originating grain by calling on grain customers and prospects, and promoting company grain programs and policies.

What You'll Do:
- Identify potential key accounts/grain volumes by county and establish contact pattern
- Work with origination team to establish and update market share numbers
- Establish plan with measurable goals to increase market share in designated trade area
- Be part of the origination team to establish grain programs and policies
- Communicate grain programs and policies to grain customers and prospects
- Be able to evaluate marketing alternatives and execute marketing plans with grain customers
- Understand company cash grain positions and basis positions and be able to evaluate these positions for marketing returns
- Understand cash and basis spreads to add value to market positions
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in ag business or equivalent
- Ag retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
