PublishedPublished: Published 1 month ago
Who are we: Everton Football Club is one of world sport's most respected and revered names - a by-word for innovation, professionalism and community.

During the course of a glittering history spanning three centuries, we have been shaped and guided by our aspirational motto Nil Satis Nisi Optimum - nothing but the best is good enough.

One of only three clubs to have been a founder member of both the Football League and Premier League, our Men's Senior team has played more games in English football's top-flight than any other, winning nine league titles, five FA Cups and a European Cup Winners' Cup.

From the 2025/26 season, we will embark on an exciting journey at the state-of-the-art Hill Dickinson Stadium - a 52,888-capacity new home on the banks of Liverpool's iconic River Mersey.

In doing so, we remain committed to developing and supporting teams across our Men's, Women's and Academy set-ups that inspire and continue to compete at the highest level of the game.

About the opportunity: A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie to join our Sports Science - Kitchen department.

As Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the delivery of the catering and processes that support the operation at Finch Farm; specifically meeting the nutritional requirements of the Academy playing squads and management teams located on site, ensuring the food at the Training Facility is served to the highest standard.

Other key responsibilities include;

Preparing, cooking and serving food to the highest standard
Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance, are achieved at all times in the kitchen and catering areas
Being fully conversant with the procedures for Fire, Security, Health and Safety and Food Safety including HACCP.
Supporting all kitchen operations, offering guidance and feedback where required
Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for an experienced Chef with a minimum NVQ level 2, who has previous experience within a fast-paced, elite sporting environment, who can demonstrate experience as a Chef in a catering environment serving fresh food.

You must be comfortable working with a wide variety of demands and be flexible enough to support a team in an ever changing environment.

This is on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week and is based within Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood).

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive a substantial amount of applications.
