Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual with a strong background in plant sciences to support crop R&D projects and the analysis of production data. The successful candidate will participate in monitoring field trials, analyzing data on irrigation, nutrition, yield, and quality, as well as drafting scientific reports to support decision-making and the continuous improvement of cultivation practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in plant science, agronomy, plant biology, biotechnology, horticulture, or a related field; master's degree strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plant physiology, mineral nutrition, irrigation, growing climate, and controlled-environment production.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor crop R&D projects, including drafting experimental protocols.
- Ability to analyze data on production, irrigation, fertilization, climate, yield, and quality.
- Proficiency in Excel; proficiency in other data analysis tools is an asset.
- Ability to interpret results, identify trends, and formulate concrete recommendations to improve cultivation practices.
- Ability to write clear, structured, and rigorous scientific reports.
- Knowledge of or experience with good laboratory practices is a plus.
- Scientific rigor, analytical mindset, independence, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
