Job Description:

The Agriculture and Veterinary Technology Department is seeking applicants for adjunct teaching positions in Botany and Plant Science. Teaching opportunities include laboratories in introductory Botany courses but may also include lectures and/or laboratories in a variety of courses related to plant sciences.

Requirements:

A master's degree in an area of agricultural Science or related discipline is preferred. Candidates without a master's degree must possess a bachelor's degree and have completed at least 12 graduate credits in Plant Science, Botany, or other related fields. Teaching experience is highly desired.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. If you currently need sponsorship or will need it in the future to maintain employment authorization, you do not meet eligibility requirements. Additionally, please note that Alfred State College is not an E-Verify employer.
