What You'll Do:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts to keep their equipment and operations running efficiently
- Unload shipments and stock shelves
- Supply Service Technicians with the parts they need to complete repairs
- Assist with preparing and maintaining attractive merchandise displays
- Participate in perpetual inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized parts department
- Follow up on parts shortages and work with the Parts Manager to resolve issues promptly
What You Bring:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to work weekends
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
