The primary responsibility of this position will be promoting the SHSU College Rodeo through sponsorship sales and by meeting with potential sponsors. The student selected for this position must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face meetings, as well as experience using social media to promote events. Will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate spreadsheet of all sponsorship contributions and ensuring that each sponsor receives the advertising and recognition associated with their sponsorship level. In addition, the student will prepare and send thank-you letters to sponsors and assist in planning and preparing for the 2027 SHSU College Rodeo.
Other Requirements for the Position
Must be Work Study eligible.
