Core Responsibilities
The Farm Supply Routing Coordinator manages routing and scheduling for deliveries supporting EverGRO's Farm Stores, keeping customer commitments and store needs aligned. You'll coordinate delivery routes for customer orders and inter-store transfers, enter and confirm orders accurately, assign drivers, and keep billing and records current. You'll flag issues early, communicate changes clearly, and follow established safety and SOP requirements.

Daily Routing Rhythm
Your morning starts by reviewing the day's routing board, confirming scheduling details, and balancing priorities across customer deliveries and store-to-store needs. As calls and order updates come in, you adjust delivery routes to keep drivers moving and customers informed. You'll stay in close contact with the Farm Store Managers and delivery drivers, tracking progress and making quick changes when traffic, weather, or loading issues affect timing. By late day, you're closing out paperwork, verifying entries, and setting up the next day's logistics so the retail operation stays on pace. Monday-Friday is standard, with occasional after-hours coordination during seasonal peaks.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use routing software, maps, and basic logistics tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Able and willing to assist with deliveries when needed; lifting up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and comfort using Excel and common office systems
