Duties include:
- Effective Box Stacking:
- Ensure proper setup for efficient packing.
- Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) on wooden pallets.
- Arrange boxes in an organized and efficient manner.
- Pallet Wrapping and Preparation:
- Wrap completed pallets securely for shipping.
- Prepare pallets to be taken to the shipping area.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform any other assigned tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
- Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.
- Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there's a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
- Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times are not eligible for rehire.
