We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Agronomy team in Centralia, Missouri. This is a rare opportunity to inherit one of MFA's premier territories, managing an established $10-11 million book of business across four locations with a loyal customer base of progressive corn and soybean growers.

You'll serve as the trusted advisor for key accounts, helping customers maximize their operations while maintaining long-standing relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business with additional large farming operations in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of key agronomy customers across the Centralia territory.
• Build trusted relationships with corn and soybean growers by providing agronomic recommendations and whole-farm solutions.
• Promote MFA's portfolio of seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and agronomy services while identifying opportunities for new business growth.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of agronomy sales experience, preferably supporting corn and soybean growers.
• Strong working knowledge of agronomy, seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products, with seed experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver sales growth.
