Poultry Hatchery Supervisor
Livestock / Animal Production
- Supervise and lead assigned team members coordinating work activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding equipment and supply needs, and production and research requirements.
- Lead and mentor team members providing performance feedback.
- All other relevant duties to the job.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in Poultry or Animal Science, or other closely related field of study preferred.
- General poultry knowledge and experience required.
- 2+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
