This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about productivity, quality workmanship, and team performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and controlling the daily workflow of the workshop
- Allocating jobs effectively to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Monitoring repair progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting and guiding technicians with technical and operational matters
- Maintaining a high-quality workmanship standard
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Conducting toolbox talks and reinforcing workplace safety expectations
- Assisting with complex diagnostics where required

About You
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician
- Proven leadership experience within an automotive workshop
- Strong organisational and workflow management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-performance environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant automotive trade qualifications
- Current driver's licence
