Description

Rubicon Holdings Corp. is seeking dependable and hardworking Greenhouse Farm Workers to join our team in Delta, BC. In this role, you'll assist with various greenhouse and production operations including planting, harvesting, cleaning, and general crop maintenance. No previous experience is necessary-we provide full training.

This is a hands-on, physically active position suited for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty in support of high-quality agricultural production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, and spray cannabis crops in accordance with cultivation schedules and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Plant seeds, transplant seedlings, and support all stages of the cultivation lifecycle.
  • Mix and prepare soils, growing media, nutrients, and fertilizers.
  • Monitor plant health and promptly report signs of pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or other crop concerns.
  • Tie, train, support, and maintain plants to promote healthy growth and optimal yields.
  • Harvest cannabis plants and seedlings, and perform drying, trimming, sorting, milling, and bulk packaging activities.
  • Clean crops, cultivation rooms, greenhouse areas, equipment, and workspaces to maintain sanitation and biosecurity standards.
  • Complete basic daily production records and progress reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform general farm, greenhouse, production, packaging, and maintenance duties as required.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, Good Production Practices (GPP), and company policies.

Qualifications
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • No experience necessary training provided
  • Basic English required; Spanish considered an asset
  • Strong teamwork and reliability are essential
  • Personal reliable vehicle to get to and from work
