Part-Time Farm Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance

Rodeo Cannabis Co. is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our farm property in Morris, CT.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
  • Mow grass using commercial equipment
  • Trim weeds and edges around buildings, fences, and fields
  • Prune shrubs and small trees
  • Clean up leaves, branches, and debris
  • Assist with general landscaping and property maintenance
  • Maintain walking paths, parking areas, and outdoor workspaces
  • Perform other outdoor labor as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience with landscaping, lawn care, or farm work preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from the farm
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Schedule
  • Part-Time
  • Approximately 20-32 hours per week
  • Flexible weekday schedule
  • Additional hours may be available
Compensation
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
