Ideal candidates will have previous sales experience along with industry knowledge in horticulture, greenhouse/nursery operations, plant science, or a closely related field. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime required during peak seasons as needed.

What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with contractors and customers by providing outstanding service.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with operations and dispatch.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
- Visit customer job sites to support projects and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Support sales growth through account development, product promotions, and teamwork.
What You'll Need:
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience ideal; horticulture, greenhouse, or landscape knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Completed High School Diploma, Associate degree in Horticulture, Plant Science or related field preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel locally to customer and job sites as needed.
