- Quarterly raises
- Employee product samples

- Work outdoors and in greenhouse environments throughout the growing season
- Plant, prune, water, and harvest cannabis
- Monitor plant health and assist with crop maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized grow areas
- Support daily cultivation tasks and seasonal projects
- 21+ years old
- Comfortable working in outdoor elements and varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable with weekend availability
- No cannabis experience required
