- Experience with strawberry cultivation
- Substrate planting is highly preferred
List of Duties
- Daily pruning of old leaves and removal of strawberry runners (stolons).
- Picking strawberries at optimal maturity; grading and packing.
- Monitoring EC/pH levels daily; mixing and configuring nutrient solutions.
- Inspecting irrigation lines (drippers/nozzles) and assisting with equipment assembly.
- Scouting for pests/diseases and maintaining strict facility cleanliness.
