Vacancy: Horticultural Labourer

Location: Perth Hills Location

Pay Rate: $48.07/hr, paid weekly

Working Week: 9-Day Fortnights (every 2nd Friday off)

Start Date: Immediate

RecruitWestis currently seeking a motivated and experienced Horticultural Labourer to join our client's Parks and Gardens Maintenance Team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of their parks and gardens.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine gardening and mowing tasks to ensure the upkeep of parks and gardens.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in gardening and mowing is preferred.
• A valid MR/HR Driver's Licence is essential.
• Ability to operate and maintain various gardening tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and outdoor work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

About the Role:

• 9-Day Fortnights with very second Friday off!
• Perth Hills location.
• Pay rate $48.07/hr, paid weekly.
