Sprayer Operator/Tender Driver

Based in Tonkawa, OK, we specialize in applying crop protection products for corn, soybeans, wheat, and other row crops, helping growers maximize yields through timely, high-quality service.
Our fleet includes modern John Deere 616R self-propelled sprayers, giving our team the opportunity to operate industry-leading equipment while delivering dependable results for our customers. We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Sprayer Operator/Tender Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll safely operate sprayers, tender trucks, forklifts, and other equipment while helping keep our spraying operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
- Operate self-propelled agricultural sprayers
- Drive tender trucks and semi-trucks to transport chemicals and supplies
- Operate forklifts for loading and unloading products
- Mix and handle crop protection chemicals according to label requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprayers, trucks, and support equipment
- Complete equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate application records when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Assist with other operational duties during busy seasons
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience operating agricultural sprayers or application equipment
- Knowledge of crop protection products and chemical mixing procedures
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Safe driving experience operating farm equipment, trucks, or semi-trucks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work extended hours during seasonal peaks
- Pride in producing quality work
- Willingness to learn and grow with our operation
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL or ability to obtain one (preferred but not required)
- Previous custom application or production agriculture experience
- Forklift operating experience
- Equipment troubleshooting and repair experience
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 annually
