Do something different every day as you work with our grain department and their many services. As an Operations Specialist at our Jansen Grain Facility, you will:
- Load and unload grain products, assist in operating grain elevators, and build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
- Gain hands-on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs
- Learn how to monitor and maintain grain quality, assist with loading trains, and may help at other locations in the area
- Operate equipment and obtain certifications as you grow in this role
